Why doesn’t one of the screens light up after I connect the cable?

If your laptop’s voltage is insufficient (requires 5V/2A+), use the included adapter to power the screen. For newer laptops with two TYPE-C ports where only one supports video output, connect an additional HDMI cable to activate the second monitor.

Can the monitor support M1& M2 series chip?

Laptop with M1&M2 chip is not compatible with our triple monitors, but we support M1 Pro and M1 Max chip.

The screens show ” No Signal”, how to solve it?

When using HDMI for video, also connect the USB-C to USB-A cable for power. If the USB-C port is marked “USB SS” (power-only), use a docking station or HDMI adapter for video, then restart the dual-screen setup.

Why is there no image on one side and the screen is green/blue/red?

No video output. Please kindly check if the cable is correctly connected, reconnect the cable, press the menu key and shut down and restart it.

How to make sure the laptop USB-C port is a full-function port?

Please check if your laptop has the following logo(Thunderbolt 3, Thunderbolt 4, DP 1.2) or you could check your laptop parameters.
